Learn more First, I am not one that writes reviews, but as I am getting older, I have come to realize that more is needed than a simple thank you of someones appreciation. I am a repeat customer. this business is simply amazing, for it opened my eyes and showed me that this pawnshop is not a seedy, decrepit, poorly, scary run of the mill of a business as we have come to know over the years as how society shows how they are on various TV shows, ole movies etc. I have been going to this store since 1991, as well as my friends and children that are now grown and taking their own children with them as well. I am not afraid to walk into the business or walk out with my many purchases. Today the store is run by I believe the youngest son and a few of very nice young respectful, well mannered men. Besides the great items and low prices, the way i am treated with so much respect allows me the many opportunities to keep going back. It all started with the purchase of unique gorgeous designer bracelet, to various televisions, they just keep getting better. All my laptops come from there. I must say that the item you purchase does not look old or worn, yes we get what we pay for, and i love nice things. The items they take in to sell are in the greatest condition, for they have a reputation to uphold, and they are warranted..You cannot beat the prices. My best gift I purchased, and I have shopped around was a Rolex, a woman's presidential. Yes gorgeous. I have purchased a beautiful diamond, a 2 carat, and I was informed that i could trade in my other one that I have been wearing for years. I got an education as far as how to buy and sell diamonds, what to look for, the 3 C's, color, cut and clarity. If I see something I like elsewherer, Nick the owner will look out for me and ask around to his diamond dealers in the jewelers building. I cannot say enough, go see Nick the owner, then there is Corey and Barry and Mario, as well as others that fill in at various times. Omg, i totally forgot, in 1992, when no one gawked at you for wearing a Mink coat, Nick's father called me and asked if I would be interested. A full length Mink coat, almost brand new, couldn't even tell it was worn a few times, so of course I mentioned that i am/was very much interested and 10 minutes later, I received my gorgeous Mink coat. One more thing before I go. Some people when they hear the word Pawnshop, they immediately think old, used, hot, stolen merchandise and automatically drug addicts, not true at all. Maybe 1% of the items may be stolen, but every single thing they purchase or loan out, a copy of that report goes to the Police Station, s yes, it is safe. Add photos

  Pawtucket pawn is great. I purchased a watch from them for a good price and in tremendous condition. I'll be back again!

  Two thumbs up to the gentleman at Pawtucket Pawnbrokers - I have worked with them on numerous occasions for all types of items. Most recently, I purchased a computer for work. Not only were they able to give me a screaming deal on a like-new laptop, but they also knew enough about their products to help me choose which one was best for me. I've done the run around with the cookie cutter pawn shops and now I don't ever have to do it again. Thanks Paw-Paw!

  Unbelievable customer service. I am clueless on all the new TV technology so when I went and purchase one for my they explained everything to me.. Store was very neat and clean.. I will shop there again
